Detailed below are the commitments that all Chancellors Associates Surveyors have pledged to meet:

• To make contact for an appointment the same day the instruction is received.
• To inspect the property within 48 hours of the date of instruction. (This will be dependant on the occupier of the property being able to comply and the availability of the surveyor)
• Valuation - To complete and forward the Inspection Report within 24 hours of the inspection.
• Homebuyers Report - To complete and forward the Inspection Report within 48 hours of the inspection.
• Building Survey - To complete and forward the Inspection Report within 72 hours of the inspection.
• To notify the occupier if the surveyor is likely to be late for an agreed appointment.
• To carry a personal ID card and present it on request.
• To advise the occupier of the estimated duration of their inspection at the property.
