Making the right decision
Whether you are buying a brand new house or flat, a period cottage or any other dwelling, we will provide you with the correct service to enable you to choose the right survey so there are no surprises or unexpected expenses.

Our surveyors will be more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have about the property before they attend and, when you have received the report, will also talk you through the content: steering clear of jargon as much as possible and clarifying any points you may be unsure of.

One of two types of survey will be appropriate for your intended property: The RICS Homebuyers Report or The Building Survey (formerly called the Structural Survey). With the HBR a valuation and reinstatement valuation for the property will be provided.
